Capturing Irish wildlife up close

Irish Photography Hides offers the chance to capture wildlife images up close at the foot of the Sliabh Bloom Mountains in Ireland. The Hides are located in the countryside surrounded by woodlands, providing an ideal setting for nature photography. As you venture into the heart of Ireland, you’ll be surrounded by a rich variety of wildlife, from red squirrels and pine martens to birds of prey like kestrels and buzzards.

LIMEKILN HIDE

SEASONAL HIDES

At certain times of the year there is also the chance to visit our Cuckoo, Kestrel, Barn Owl and Badger Hides to get that perfect wildlife shot!

‘To get up close to a variety of wildlife- pine marten, red squirrel, woodland birds including jay and yellowhammer, sparrow hawk – this has to be the best photography hide in Ireland and certainly up there with the best in these islands. Skilfully built and camouflaged at the edge of a woodland, there is no disturbance to the wildlife at all and depending on the time of year there will be multiple visits of all species. The variety of photo opportunities is bound only by your own imagination. The hide is spacious, comfortable and also equipped with running water and WC. Can’t recommend this hide high enough and run by an absolute gentleman – Richard’
