BEFORE YOUR VISIT
Things to note
- The Limekiln, Woodland and Barn Owl hides have washroom facilities available on site
- Washroom facilities can be accessed before and after use of the Seasonal hides which include Cuckoo, Badger and Kestrel Hides
- Heating is provided in the Limekiln and Woodland hides in the cold weather and winter months. However, warm clothing and suitable footwear is advisable for every hide.
- Parking is available for every hide on site
- Meeting points and times will be sent to you prior to your visit
- Please bring a gimble head or tripod if you have one
- Please bring a packed lunch and a drink. A kettle is provided in the Limekiln and Woodland hides.
- As all the animals visiting the hides are wild, we cannot guarantee they will show up. Refunds will not be provided if animals do not show up.
Hide Rules
- Noise must be kept to a minimum
- Do not go outside of the hide until you are leaving, unless absolutely necessary
- Do not feed the animals your own food
- Keep your hands inside the curtains at all times
- Avoid sudden lens movements which may startle the animals
- Please arrive on time as late arrival may disturb the whole day
